Happiness Haiku

After receiving a link from the @JohnsHopkins twitter account to a contest that Johns Hopkins Magazine is holding--in which participants are asked to submit a 6-to-60 word piece about what makes them happy--I wrote the following haiku:

Strong cup of coffee
The promise of a new day
Realizing it
